NANDAKUMARAN JAYACHANDRAN
Founder and Managing Director
Mr Jayachandran has been actively working in the field of Engineering Business Consulting for the past 37+ years. He has an excellent track record of helping multinational companies, as well as local firms, grow their business in India.
He was instrumental in developing breakthroughs for many small and medium scale companies establish their presence in Kerala. Furthermore, he has also helped Global multinational giants enter the Kerala business ecosystem. Some of the major brands he has represented include Ingersoll-Rand, Andritz Hydro, ZTT, Hyundai, Daewoo and Salcon.
He has a bachelor's degree from the Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, one of the oldest and most renowned Engineering Institutes in India. Immediately after his graduation, he joined the Indian Air force as a Commissioned Officer of the Technical branch. After taking premature retirement from IAF, he shifted to Trivandrum to start his own company Imtope Pvt Ltd, in the year 1984.
Mr. Jayachandran is very active and popular in social circles and is very well connected to Technocrats, Bureaucrats and Political figures within the state of Kerala. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), the Indian Water Works Association, and the Institute of Public Health Engineers. He is also Member of Chamber of Commerce, Trivandrum Management Association, Lions Clubs International, and the Masonic Fraternity. Additionally, he is a member of the Aeronautical Society of India.
SRINATH JAYACHANDRAN
Director of Operations and Marketing
Mr Srinath has played a key part in the strategic growth of Imtope through his proactive and forward-thinking support to the Managing Director. Srinath brings over 11 years of experience working across Technology, Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Finance verticals for various Multinational companies across industries including Banking, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, Logistics & Transportation, and Advertising & Public Relations.

Srinath holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum(CET), one of the oldest and most renowned Engineering institutes in India. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Schulich School of Business ranked among the top 50 Business Schools in the world.

Before joining Imtope, Srinath has worked with various Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, United Parcel Service(UPS), TD Bank, PepsiCo, and Rogers Telecom to name a few.
